Demo Line Terms

These Demo Terms govern your use of the free VoiceLab demonstration line operated by Modern Approach USA LLC, a New York limited liability company ("VoiceLab"). By placing a call to the demo number you agree to these terms.
What this is
The VoiceLab demo line at (855) 949-3026 is a free, public demonstration of our AI voice receptionist product. It exists so that prospective customers can hear how an VoiceLab assistant behaves on a real telephone call. The demo is provided "as is," without any service-level commitment, and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
Recording
Calls to the demo line are recorded for quality assurance, demo improvement, and AI model evaluation and training. By continuing the call after the spoken disclosure you consent to being recorded. Standard carrier rates from your phone provider may apply; VoiceLab does not charge you to use the demo. [ATTORNEY REVIEW REQUIRED — confirm single-party-consent posture is sufficient under New York Penal Law §250.00–250.05 (the operating jurisdiction) and that the spoken disclosure satisfies all-party-consent states reachable via 855 dialing (CA Penal Code §632, FL Stat. §934.03, IL 720 ILCS 5/14-2, MA Gen. Laws ch. 272 §99, PA 18 Pa.C.S. §5704, WA RCW 9.73.030, MD Cts. & Jud. Proc. §10-402).]
AI disclosure
You are speaking with an artificial intelligence assistant, not a human. The AI will identify itself within the first seconds of the call. The AI may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected responses and should not be relied on for any decision of consequence.
Retention
Audio recordings and transcripts from the demo line are deleted within 90 days of the call, unless the captured information becomes tied to a separate VoiceLab account signup, in which case retention follows the VoiceLab Privacy Policy.
No marketing use
The phone number you call from is not added to any VoiceLab outbound marketing list. Calling the demo line does not constitute prior express consent under the TCPA for any subsequent marketing call or text from VoiceLab. Marketing consent must be captured separately through an explicit opt-in.
Deletion request
To request deletion of a demo call recording or transcript before the 90-day window, email privacy@voicelabnyc.com with the date, approximate time, and calling number. We will confirm deletion within a reasonable period.

These Demo Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.
